Using gifts of nature, Melanie helps to energetically align the body, mind & spirit, connecting you back to origin.

Dealing with 100% plant & mineral products, you will honour your body (temple) with the finest creations Earth has to offer.

Beyond matter, our bodies are energetic beings woven into our environment.  I help open channels & chakras to allow pure universal energies to flow through us again.  

Once in good health, using the same principles to widen channels, I’ll assist you to form your own spiritual connection.  An ability we all possess.  

Everything is about frequency.  The higher your vibe, the greater your health & happiness.  

All products provided are high frequency.  By nature, if you surround yourself with high frequencies, you begin resonating at higher frequencies.   

Everyone is unique, requiring different plant & crystal elements for energetic alignment.  Most clients will receive six to nine items, including herbal tea, blended essential oils, balms, crystals, herbs and/or spices.   

Once a session is booked, on the morning we meet, I will enter a meditative space where spirit will dictate what is needed in each individual package.

Spirit is confidential.  I’m told what I need to know, & only focus on positives.  Our mind builds our reality.  With a rosy outlook & forward focus, we are able to overcome all ailments.  

Your belief that you can get better is more powerful than any medicine. 

Preparation of each personally made parcel takes one hour. This is because each tea and oil is handcrafted to your exact needs. 

I also provide instruction sheets for all products provided.  

I work by sliding scale. Payment needs to be provided based on your wellness affordability. 

*Due to the high cost of the premium products, I have had to set a minimum of $120 per box/session.  This also takes into account time & effort. 

Packaging & design elements have been chosen with the environment in mind.  Teas, oils & herbs are provided in clear glass bottles you can either re-use or clean & donate.

Tags & stickers are printed on paper & cardboard.  

Representing heaven & earth, packaging includes feathers & wood chips.  The feathers are a by-product of the food industry, &  hickory chips are  used in smokers.  

Nature is a physical representation of God on Earth.  By honouring nature, nature honours us back.  

These are handcrafted using high quality natural products sourced from local Asian markets & distributors. 

I work with sixty core tea ingredients. Your tea will be a combination of five or six of these.

Teas are made in layers and labelled in such a way that you can see which ingredient is which. This helps you identify what you are drinking. You will need to mix well for first use. 

Our skin is highly absorbent, making essential oils a wonderful way to get nourishment straight into the bloodstream. 

There is a direct line between our nose and our brain, where scents trigger memory.  Some oils provided are for smelling, and for allowing greater retention of knowledge.  

Jars of herbs, seeds & spices are often included. You may be prompted to cook these into an evening meal or put in a smoothie. These ingredients hold small missing parts within your system.   

It is incredibly important to eat a varied diet.  

Whether you are seeking wellness or spirit, your diet is a huge consideration. You will find on my Learnings page advice on what to eat and when.  Support local, try to eat organic & become vegan-ish (90% +). 

Crystals & their frequencies can be used to awaken your energy centres.  

Using the right crystals in alignment with north & south magnetic forces, you can gently tug new energies into your field.   This needs to be done slowly and with care. 

When crystals are prescribed, you will be advised where to place them.  This will typically be in either a specific directional window or location under your bed. 

To date, most of my crystals have been sourced from crystal shops in the wider Wellington region. 

Not all crystals have infinite energies. For this reason, I have purchased a rock tumbler. This way, I am able to prepare packages using far more specific frequencies for more accuracy.  The rocks I have tumbled myself will have only passed through a few hands on their way to you.  

The majority of my rocks have been supplied by a New Zealand geologist. 

To complete the polishing process, rough stones take more than six weeks in the tumbler.  This requires a series of four stages using various grits to finally turn a rough rock into a polished stone.
